1. Q: What type of training do you or your employees undertake each year?


A: Factory training from the manufacturer.


2. Q: What is your Warranty Policy?


A: Eco Smart Energy will warranty any system for the term of the manufactures warranty that has been
started up by a factory authorized technician.


3. Q: What is your Refund Policy?


A: We do not issue refunds. Every system is special ordered to the clients exact specifications.
Once the Order has been shipped we cannot take it back. On all orders placed but not shipped
there will be a 30% restocking fee and a loss of deposit.


4. Q: What forms of Payment do you accept?


A: All Major Credit cards, cash, and checks.


5. Q: What are your Payment Terms?


A: A 50% deposit will be required at the time of order. And full payment must be made prior to shipment of the system.


6.  Q:  What is your turnaround time on delivery of service or shipment of products?


A: On most orders From the time and order is placed it will be shipped in 10 business days.
